Brand & Launch Sprint
A defined, multi-month engagement that produces a rebrand, a launch or a push into a new market, at pace. Brand films, launch videos and the hero assets your whole campaign hangs on, built to a real deadline and handed off ready to use. One outcome, one team, one date on the calendar.
When the Work Has a Date, Not a Rhythm
Some video work does not belong in a monthly retainer. A rebrand with a reveal date, a launch the whole company is building toward, a move into a new market that needs a fresh set of assets to land. A Brand & Launch Sprint is a defined engagement, usually a few months, where we agree exactly what we are making, what done looks like and the date it ships. One outcome, one dedicated team, the deadline held.
What's Included, and What Isn't
A Sprint is a defined project with a clear edge. Here is exactly what sits inside it, what lives in a different service, and how we cover filming when you need it.
One Scope, the Whole Campaign
The rebrand or launch is delivered as a single, agreed scope: the brand film the campaign is built around, the launch and announcement videos timed to your date, and the hero assets the whole push hangs on. We produce on the deadline, not around it, and hand everything off finished and cut for every platform you need.
- Brand film. The anchor film, or films, the campaign is built around.
- Launch videos. Announcement and launch cuts timed to your reveal date.
- Hero assets. The key pieces your whole campaign depends on.
- Full handoff. Final files cut for every platform, ready to ship.
Yes, We Can Film It
You do not need a camera crew lined up before you talk to us. We can edit footage you already have, or run on-site and remote shoots so the rebrand or launch has original, directed footage to build from. The shoot folds straight into the Sprint scope, so the people filming and the people editing are the same team working to one date.
- On-site shoots. A directed crew on the ground for the launch or reveal.
- Remote capture. Guided self-record when travel does not make sense.
- One team. The crew and the editors run to the same brief and date.
What Lives in Another Service
A Sprint has a start and an end. If you need always-on output for a channel, or a full course library, or strategy without the production, that work belongs in a different service so the Sprint stays focused on landing the launch. Many teams run a Sprint first, then move to ongoing production once the campaign is live.
- Ongoing channel. See the Content Engine for always-on production.
- Full course. See Course Production for a course library.
- Strategy only. See 1:1 Advisory for direction without production.
From Kickoff to a Finished Campaign
A Sprint runs on a fixed path: we lock the outcome, produce against the date, and hand everything off ready to ship. You always know what is being made, what is next, and when the reveal lands.
Book A CallKickoff and Lock the Scope
We agree the outcome, the deliverables and the launch date, then write a brief that locks the goal and message so nothing drifts mid-project.
Capture What We Need
If the campaign needs original footage, we run the on-site or remote shoot here, directed to the same brief, so editing starts with the right material.
Produce on the Deadline
A dedicated producer, editor and motion team build the brand films, launch videos and hero assets to your brand and your date, with review rounds built into the timeline.
Review and Lock
You review against the brief, we run the planned revision rounds, and every asset is signed off well before the reveal, not the night of it.
Full Handoff, Ready to Use
You get every asset finished and cut for each platform, handed off ready to ship the moment your campaign goes live.
A launch date does not move, so neither do we. We treat the deadline as the fixed point the whole Sprint is built around.
The Date Is Held, Not Hoped For
We work back from your reveal and build review rounds into the timeline, so the deadline is a commitment rather than an aspiration.
One Team from Brief to Handoff
A dedicated producer, editor and motion team own the Sprint end to end, so nothing falls between a shoot crew and an edit bay.
Fixed Scope, No Drift
We lock the outcome and the deliverables at kickoff, which keeps the project focused and the launch from quietly slipping a month.
Finished, Not Almost Finished
You leave with assets cut for every platform and ready to ship, not a file still rendering the week you go live.
See How Your Current Brand Reads on Camera
Before we scope a Sprint, send one video that represents how your brand looks today. We send back a personal teardown with the single change that would make the biggest difference, so the rebrand or launch starts from a clear read, not a guess.
What You Get Back
- A 5 to 7 minute Loom teardown of your video
- The one fix that would move the brand most
- Where pacing, story or motion is losing viewers
- An honest read on whether a Sprint is the right next step
Your Launch Is Covered Both Ways
The Deadline Is in Writing
We agree your reveal date at kickoff and build the review rounds back from it. If we ever put that date at risk, you hear it from us early, not the week of launch, with a plan to protect it.
Your Audit Counts Toward the Sprint
Start with a free video audit and decide to run a Sprint, and that first read carries straight into the brief. The work you do up front shapes the project rather than getting set aside.
