Where a Production Sprint Fits

Some video work does not fit a monthly rhythm. A rebrand. A launch with a date on the calendar. A course you have sold but never filmed. Each of those is a defined-scope project, not an always-on channel: we agree what we are making, what "done" looks like and when it ships, then a dedicated team runs it to completion. No open-ended retainer, no scope drift. If you would rather not run a camera, we also film it for you. When the project ships and you want to keep momentum, the Content Engine takes it from there.

The scope, kept honest

What a Sprint Includes, and What It Does Not

Everything That Gets the Project Shipped

  • A kickoff brief that locks scope, deliverables and the ship date
  • A flagship brand film or full launch package, cut for every platform
  • Full course production: modules, lessons, intros, slides and lower thirds
  • Motion graphics, titles and on-brand animation throughout
  • Teasers, demo cuts and social edits timed to your release
  • Two structured revision rounds per deliverable, built into the timeline
  • A dedicated producer who owns the project end to end
  • Don't want to hold a camera? Add Filming & Videography and a crew shoots it for you, on-site or remote

We keep the scope tight so the deadline stays real. A few things sit outside a Sprint on purpose, each with a better home:

We do not run paid ads, media buying, websites or design retainers. Organic video, produced well, is what we are great at.

How a Sprint runs

From Kickoff to Final Cut

A Sprint is one defined project with a start and an end. We lock the scope and the ship date before anyone shoots a frame, then a dedicated producer and team run it to completion so the deadline is real, not aspirational.

Book a Call

Tell us the project, the deadline and the deliverables. We will tell you straight whether a Sprint is the right fit, or point you to a Content Engine instead.

02

We Scope and Lock It

You get a fixed scope, a timeline and a clear ship date before we start. The kickoff brief defines what we are making and what "done" looks like, so nothing drifts later.

03

We Shoot It, or You Send Footage

We can run an on-site or remote shoot as a filming add-on, or edit footage you already have. Either way, your producer owns the whole project.

04

Your Team Builds the Cut

A producer, editor and motion team run the Sprint: brand film, launch package or full course, finished to a premium standard with two revision rounds built into the timeline.

05

We Deliver, Ready to Ship

Final files cut for every platform, on the date we agreed. Want to keep the momentum after launch? The Content Engine takes it from there.

Why brands trust us with the big one
In weeks

A launch does not slip because the work is hard. It slips in the handoffs between people who never owned the ship date.

One Producer Owns the Outcome

Not five freelancers passing files around. A single producer carries the brief, the shoot, the edit and the ship date, so the project lands when you said it would.

Scope Locked Before We Shoot

A kickoff brief fixes the deliverables, the timeline and what "done" means. The deadline is built into the plan, not bolted on at the end.

We Can Film It, or Finish Your Footage

On-site or remote crew, or an edit-only build from what you already have. The flagship piece is handled either way, no gaps to chase.

Premium Finish, Every Frame

The film that opens your pitch, the launch that carries the campaign, the course students actually want to watch. We produce it to the standard the moment deserves.

See How We Would Produce Your Project

Send us one video, or the brief for the project you have in mind. We send back a personal teardown showing how we would scope and produce it, and the single move that would lift the finished piece most.

No call required to get it. A 5 to 7 minute Loom, no obligation.

What You Get Back

  • A teardown of one of your existing videos
  • How we would scope the brand film, launch or course as a Sprint
  • Whether you should film with us or send footage you already have
  • The first thing we would change to lift the finished piece

Your Risk Is Covered

Locked Scope, Locked Date

The Deadline Is in the Brief

We agree the scope, the deliverables and the ship date before anyone shoots a frame, and the review rounds are built into that timeline. No drift, no surprise on the day you need the film.

Questions About Production Sprints

How long does a Production Sprint take?
Most Sprints run two to six weeks from kickoff to final files, depending on shoot days and the number of deliverables. We set the timeline before we start and build the review rounds into it, so the deadline is real, not aspirational.
What can I produce as a Sprint?
Two kinds of defined-scope project: a Brand & Launch Sprint, meaning a flagship brand film or a full launch package timed to your release, and Course Production, meaning your course filmed and edited end to end. Both are one project with a start and an end, not an ongoing retainer.
What is the difference between a Sprint and the Content Engine?
A Sprint is one defined project with a start and an end: a brand film, a launch, a course. The Content Engine is ongoing monthly output for always-on channels. Many clients run a Sprint first, then move to the Content Engine to keep momentum.
Do you film, or do we send you footage?
Both work. We can run on-site or remote shoots as a filming add-on, or edit footage you already have. If you want a crew on the ground, see Filming & Videography. Either way, the producer owns the whole project.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured revision rounds per deliverable, built into the timeline. The kickoff brief and a locked scope keep revisions about polish, not re-doing the project from scratch.
What if I am not sure a Sprint is the right fit?
Start with a Free Video Audit or a Video Roadmap. We will look at your goal and tell you honestly whether a Sprint, the Content Engine, or something else gets you there fastest.
