On-Site Filming, Done Right
Professional videography added to any plan. A crew comes to you, captures the footage, and hands it straight to your editing team. You never touch a camera, and the content keeps shipping.
An Add-On, Not a Separate Vendor
Most of our work runs remotely. You record, we edit, content ships every week. But some shoots need a real crew on location: a founder feature, a clinic walkthrough, a product demo, an interview set. That is what Filming & Videography is. We bring the crew on-site, capture the footage, and route it straight into the plan you already run with us, so nothing breaks stride.
You do not need to source a videographer, brief them cold, or chase the files afterward. We handle the camera so you can stay in front of it. If you want the whole channel run end to end after the shoot, that is the Content Engine. This is the capture layer that feeds it.
What a Shoot Day Includes, and What It Doesn't
✓What's Included
A full shoot day handled end to end, with footage routed straight into the edit pipeline of your active plan.
- Pre-production planning and a shot list built around your content calendar
- A director and camera operator on-site for the shoot day, so we can also help you film
- Professional cameras and lenses, lighting, lav and boom audio
- Live direction on the day, so on-camera talent actually looks good
- Footage backed up, organized and sent into your edit pipeline the same day
- A crew that knows your brand because it sits inside the team already editing for you
→What's Not
This is the capture layer, added to work we are already doing, not a standalone booking. Filming is not:
- Sold on its own, it is an add-on to an active retainer or sprint
- Live event broadcasting, weddings or one-off corporate AV
- Content Engine work, which turns the raw footage into finished long-form and clips
- 1:1 Advisory work, for the plan on what to film and why
From a Call to a Crew on Your Calendar
Booking a shoot should not feel like hiring a film unit from scratch. Because filming plugs into a plan you already run with us, the path from first call to footage in the edit is short and predictable. Here is how a shoot day comes together.
Book a Call to scope a shootTell Us What Goes on Camera
On a quick call you tell us what you want to capture and where you are. We confirm the shoot makes sense and where it fits into your plan.
We Scope the Right Crew
We size the crew, the gear and the number of days to the footage you actually need, then add filming onto your retainer or sprint.
We Build the Shot List
Pre-production maps every setup to your content calendar, so one day on location feeds long-form, shorts and repurposed clips.
The Crew Shoots on Location
A director and operator come to you, run the room, coach the talent and review takes live until we have what the edit needs.
Footage Lands in Your Pipeline
Everything is backed up, organized and dropped into your edit pipeline the same day. Your editors start cutting right away.
A camera crew that already knows your brand, because it sits inside the same team editing your videos every week.
The Crew Is Part of Your Team
The people on location are the same people editing your channel. They know your brand, your hooks and your style before they ever set up a light, so the footage is shot to cut.
Shot for the Edit, Not Just the Day
We plan coverage around how the footage will be cut. You leave a shoot day with material for long-form, shorts and clips, not a hard drive that fights the editor.
One Shoot, Weeks of Content
A single well-planned day stocks your calendar for a month or more. We build the shot list so every setup earns its place in your publishing schedule.
No New Vendor to Manage
You brief us once. There is no separate videographer to source, no files to chase and no handoff gap. The footage moves from camera to edit inside one team.
See What We'd Capture for You
Send one video you have already published. We send back a personal teardown showing the single fix that would move it, and where a real shoot day would lift your footage beyond what a phone can do.
What You Get Back
- A 5 to 7 minute Loom teardown of one of your videos
- The one change that would lift it the most
- Where on-site filming would raise your production quality
- A clear read on whether a shoot day is worth it for you
Your Risk on a Shoot Is Covered
Leave If the Plan Isn't Working
Filming is an add-on to a plan you can step out of with 30 days' notice. You are never locked into a long contract to keep a crew on call. If the work is not landing, you can walk.
The Audit Counts Toward Your Plan
If your Free Video Audit leads to a plan with filming added, the time we spent on it carries forward. You start ahead, not from zero, and the first shoot builds on what we already learned.
